Depuis exactement 40 ans (1985-2025), je connais cette entreprise comme étant fiable, réputée et conviviale. La nouvelle génération a repris l'entreprise il y a plusieurs années et perpétue ces qualités positives. Notre cuisine Pfister, vieille de 25 ans, est toujours dans un état acceptable. Néanmoins, nous la remplacerons à un moment donné. Bien sûr, uniquement chez Pfister à Zell.

Il y a plusieurs années, nous avons fait remplacer notre porte d'entrée et avons été entièrement satisfaits du travail effectué par l'atelier de menuiserie Pfister. Nous souhaitons désormais que le système de fermeture soit renouvelé ou remplacé également, grâce à l'installation de nouveaux cylindres. Cependant, les mesures de la porte et du cylindre doivent être prises au préalable, mais les tentatives de prise de rendez-vous par e-mail sont restées pour la plupart sans réponse. Le salon GEWA Zell approche bientôt et même si je préfère soutenir les entreprises locales, à long terme, je n'ai pas d'autre choix que d'explorer d'autres possibilités. Notre entreprise Kuhn Rikon est d'ailleurs également partenaire de la menuiserie Pfister à Zell. 🙂

Nous avons commandé et fait installer plusieurs ajouts personnalisés pour notre salle de bain, notre cuisine et nos armoires encastrées. Un service haut de gamme, de la planification à l'installation. Cela ne pourrait pas être mieux – merci beaucoup !

Unprofessional and Disappointing Communication I recently had a telephone conversation with this company's customer service and am very disappointed with how my issue was handled. From the very beginning of the call, I felt unwelcome. The person on the phone seemed irritable, impatient, and had absolutely no interest in truly listening to me. While I was explaining my issue, I was interrupted several times before I could even fully explain the situation. Basic courtesy and communication skills were lacking. Instead of targeted questions or solutions, I received only evasive answers. When I asked for a specific product that was available in-store, I was incomprehensibly told that I should buy it "somewhere else," not from the company itself. It almost seemed as if they were deliberately trying to get rid of me. Furthermore, I was promised a follow-up email during the in-store call, but I still haven't received it. The entire experience left me with the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Such a level of disinterest, lack of helpfulness, and lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me, especially when approaching the company as a paying customer with a legitimate request. Addendum to the company's response: Thank you for your statement. However, I would like to clarify that my criticism refers specifically to the initial telephone contact. The conversation was rude and impatient, and I was interrupted several times before I could fully explain my issue. This gave me the impression of not being welcome. Contrary to your statement, I have not received an offer to this day, neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder. The promised feedback regarding further steps via email has therefore not materialized. My decision to ultimately contact another provider was a consequence of this unsatisfactory experience, not a contradiction to it. I find your statement that my review contains "inaccurate statements" inappropriate. I described my personal experience honestly and from a customer's perspective. I hope you will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve your communication style. I wish you continued success with your company.
