Splendida vista sulle Alpi a 2400m di altitudine, ottimo per un pranzo sulle piste. Il servizio era molto attento, professionale e cordiale, il cibo era molto buono (pasta all'anatra / al tartufo / pasta alla bolognese / zuppa di aragosta). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un'esperienza culinaria davvero indimenticabile nel cuore delle Alpi svizzere. In questa giornata estiva ci siamo ritrovati trasportati in un altro mondo in cima al monte Gütsch. I fiocchi di neve danzavano nell'aria mentre le nuvole si spostavano sulle vette, offrendo un magico contrasto con la stagione. Lo scenario da solo era mozzafiato, con viste panoramiche che cambiavano di minuto in minuto. Il cibo era delizioso e ben presentato. Abbiamo iniziato con setoso salmone svizzero e formaggio di capra, seguito da pasta fatta in casa generosamente rifinita con tartufi del Périgords. Ogni boccone era ricco, elegante e perfettamente eseguito. Abbiamo terminato con una crostata alle albicocche preparata su ordinazione, calda e appena sufficiente, abbinata magnificamente ad un vino squisito. Ogni piatto è stato abbinato con cura a selezioni da una notevole lista di vini. I consigli del sommelier erano esatti. Lo chef Markus Neff ha creato un'esperienza culinaria che fonde i sapori della montagna con raffinate tecniche culinarie. Il servizio era incredibile (sorprendentemente, eravamo gli unici lì), mai invadente. L'arredamento è sobrio e raffinato, consentendo alle montagne circostanti di essere al centro della scena. Se siete in visita ad Andermatt, non perdete l'occasione di cenare da Gütsch di Markus Neff. È più di un pasto, è una celebrazione del luogo, della stagione e dell’artigianato. La prenotazione è altamente consigliata.

Ottimi panorami. Molto frequentato, quindi la prenotazione è d'obbligo. Il cibo era buono, gustoso e ben presentato. Sono riusciti a preparare un piatto di pasta per nostro figlio, che non era nel menu. Tuttavia, il servizio mancava di attenzione e per lo più frettoloso. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un rifornimento d'acqua, si sono dimenticati di portare formaggio e caffè che avevamo ordinato. Avrebbero potuto fare di meglio visto il prezzo.

He served me this traditional coffee, liquor drink. It’s awesome and atmosphere is awesome, but be ready if you order this because it has a strong kick!!

My wife and I went for lunch today. How can anyone rate anything other than 5 stars ? Impeccable friendly service, love of food so rare in our days and they just love their work. It started to rain and they started to smile even more and getting us all in resetting the entire restaurant. The food is perfectly balanced and light but tasty The desserts are minute made and so well prepared. Frankly not so expensive when you rate value for money. Thank you to the amazing team there !

Food: The food was of excellent quality and for a place quite busy in the middle of ski season it was nicely prepared. The portions were surprisingly large for a restaurant of this style and caliber. Drink: They of course have an excellent wine card as one might expect at a 1 Michelin starred restaurant. The pairing recommendations played very nicely. They have a fairly generic automatic coffee machine that I wouldn’t expect to see in such an establishment. Service: The service was good. They took our jackets, led us to our table and while they were maybe a bit harried because it was busy it felt reasonably balanced with the exception of there being too many tables in too small a space. Ambiance: The restaurant has a stunning and remarkable view at the top of a ski piste, but the restaurant, the tables and seating really are not remarkable. Regarding the table spacing; there isn’t really much space to navigate so I felt like the servers were squeezing around the restaurant trying to serve food and it was distracting and in general made the experience feel a lot less pleasurable.
