Dopo aver acquistato un articolo a dicembre presso il negozio Louis Vuitton a Losanna, avevo bisogno di aiuto per uno scambio a gennaio. Sfortunatamente, nonostante mi fosse stato detto che avrei potuto contattarci in qualsiasi momento, non ho mai ricevuto risposta dall'addetto alle vendite o dal negozio, il che è stato deludente. Per pura coincidenza mi trovavo a Gstaad a metà gennaio e ho deciso di fermarmi lì al negozio Louis Vuitton. Siamo arrivati ​​molto tardi, alle 17:55, sapendo che il negozio chiude alle 18:00, eppure siamo stati accolti con i sorrisi più calorosi. Tre membri dello staff femminile si sono immediatamente presi cura della mia situazione. Sono stati incredibilmente gentili, professionali e si sono scusati per l'esperienza vissuta a Losanna, anche se chiaramente non era colpa loro. Nel giro di soli cinque minuti tutto si è risolto e lo scambio è stato organizzato senza intoppi. Ecco come si presenta un eccellente servizio clienti. Sono assolutamente soddisfatto, consiglio vivamente questo negozio e ritornerei in qualsiasi momento. Grazie, Louis Vuitton Gstaad!

L'evento di fine anno è stato fantastico! Lo champagne, i cioccolatini che mi hanno offerto e il servizio del consulente del negozio erano tutti eccezionali. Abbiamo anche fatto una piacevole chiacchierata. È un'accogliente boutique con un'ampia varietà di prodotti.
