Louis Vuitton Gstaad — Promenade 50, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland

After purchasing an item in December at the Louis Vuitton store in Lausanne, I needed help with an exchange in January. Unfortunately, despite being told I could reach out anytime, I never received a response from the sales associate or the store, which was disappointing. By coincidence, I was in Gstaad in mid-January and decided to stop by the Louis Vuitton store there. We arrived very late, at 17:55, knowing the store closes at 18:00, yet we were welcomed with the warmest smiles. Three female staff members immediately took care of my situation. They were incredibly kind, professional, and apologetic about the experience in Lausanne — even though it was clearly not their fault. Within just five minutes, everything was resolved and the exchange was arranged smoothly. This is what excellent customer service looks like. I am absolutely satisfied, highly recommend this store, and would return anytime. Thank you, Louis Vuitton Gstaad!

The event of end of the year was fantastic! The champagne, chocolates they offered me, and the service from the shop advisor were all exceptional. We even had a pleasant chat. It's a cozy boutique with a wide variety of products.
