Cibo e servizio eccezionali: dall'antipasto al dessert, tutto è fatto in cucina (tranne forse il vino;)). Ospite ospitale che è stato molto accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato sia pesce che bistecca e la qualità dei piatti era eccezionale.

Una bella scoperta, situato vicino al Lago, il ristorante propone due diverse tipologie di ambiente. Uno più casual, uno più business-gastronomico. Il menu offre molte opzioni di pesce, ma viene servita anche carne.

I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Ilge and enjoyed every minute in this well-appointed and welcoming place. The meal was excellent. I ordered the filets de perche meunière and rognons de veau, both prepared with care and wonderful balance. The white wine served as an apéritif complemented the dishes perfectly. The owner was friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The chef cooks with visible passion, reflected in the beautifully arranged vegetables and the precise execution of each dish. Everything was delicious and truly memorable. I can recommend this restaurant for any occasion. After the meal, it is worth taking a stroll through the charming town of Twann or sitting by the lake, which at this time of year is peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant is easy to reach by train from Bern or many other places, and in summer the boat service is a pleasant alternative.
