L'organizzazione degli interventi è inadeguata, le informazioni interne appaiono inaffidabili e la ripetuta disinformazione ha causato notevoli ritardi nell'installazione della rete in fibra ottica. In genere nessuno è raggiungibile. Il nostro edificio è stato collegato nel 2024, ma siamo stati dimenticati. Ora stiamo ancora aspettando una connessione funzionante: siamo a dicembre 2025.

Purtroppo è molto difficile da raggiungere e anche se lasci un messaggio in segreteria non sarai mai richiamato. Qualcuno dovrebbe essere reperibile al telefono dalle 8:00 alle 17:00, ma spesso il telefono squilla e basta. Anche contattarli tramite lo strumento online non funziona; nessuno risponde... Purtroppo, dopo essere finalmente riusciti a fissare un appuntamento, i tecnici non sono riusciti a installare il cavo in fibra ottica nel nostro appartamento. Ora i lavori vengono eseguiti da un'impresa di installazione locale che, stranamente, riesce a installare il cavo in fibra ottica nell'appartamento senza problemi.

Un collaboratore della Cablex ha installato a casa mia un nuovo contatore elettrico. Non ero a casa. La sera ho visto che i detriti della perforazione erano stati lasciati indietro. Fa una brutta impressione.

I've been waiting for a working fiber optic connection for three weeks. After a long-awaited appointment, the connection was supposedly activated. Of course, it still doesn't work! A complete disaster! When I describe the problem over the phone, I'm fobbed off with another appointment without any apology... without any immediate attention being paid to the problem.

Mr. Siegenthaler is a fantastic employee, very dedicated. He shed some light on a few things for me, even though that should have been Sunrise's responsibility. What I didn't appreciate was that Cablex technicians simply entered our fenced property because they couldn't find their own construction site (which was clearly visible from the street). We run a dog boarding kennel, and this could have caused problems and is practically trespassing (a fence is considered a wall). Please ensure that employees are internally trained to avoid simply entering a fenced and video-monitored property without permission.

They rang the wrong doorbell (they already had fiber optic there) and simply left. I realized my mistake after 20 minutes and called immediately. Although they told me they normally allow two hours, they suddenly had no time and had another appointment.
