Un'esperienza profondamente deludente. Ho avuto un'esperienza di acquisto molto spiacevole qui, soprattutto come persona di colore. È stato scoraggiante sentire che il livello di servizio che ho ricevuto era influenzato dal tono della mia pelle. Mentre cercavo assistenza, nessuna delle due donne allo sportello mi ha riconosciuto o ha mostrato alcun interesse ad aiutarmi, nonostante mi avesse chiaramente notato. Ma il cliente davanti a me, che non era una persona di colore, veniva trattato con rispetto e attenzione notevolmente maggiori. Nessuno dovrebbe sentirsi sgradito o ignorato in un luogo di lavoro a causa della propria razza. Questo tipo di comportamento discriminatorio è inaccettabile e deve essere affrontato.

Personale molto scortese, soprattutto con persone di culture diverse. L'ho vista essere scortese con due persone diverse in meno di 5 minuti. Stai lontano!! EDIT: Dato che hanno risposto a questo post, ricorda: non puoi aspettarti che le persone seguano le regole se non ci sono segnali che le informano. MAI, dico MAI, mettere in imbarazzo i propri clienti davanti agli altri.

Ho comprato un accendino a petrolio per il mio amico. È stato così gentile che il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che funzionasse e lo ha sostituito con uno che funzionasse correttamente! Era contenta del mio souvenir. grazie :)

You will be spoiled with lots of choices for souvenirs! There are cow bell, souvenir magnet, miniatures van and car, bags, shot glasses, pins, lighters and many more. Staff are friendly as well.

I highly appreciate the owner of this store. She helped me by contacting the restaurant owner at the back of their shop where I left my wallet. So many times I called the restaurant even our hotel reception but the restaurant phone is only picked up and put it down. Even the one inside the restaurant don't want to open the door and the lady owner of the souvenir shop knock on the door and was able to talk the one inside and immediately gave my wallet. The one on the restaurant already knew why I'm knocking and calling because with no question asked just gave my wallet back that I left on the dining table. I'm thankful to the souvenir shop owner for her very kind assistance even I didn't asked her in the first place.
