A deeply disappointing experience. I had a very unpleasant shopping experience here, particularly as a person of color. It was disheartening to feel that the level of service I received was influenced by my skin tone. While I was seeking assistance, neither of the two women at the counter acknowledged me or showed any interest in helping, despite clearly noticing me. But the customer ahead of me, who was not a person of color was treated with noticeably more respect and attentiveness. No one should feel unwelcome or ignored in a place of business because of their race. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Very rude staff, especially with people from different cultures. I saw her being rude with two different people in less than 5 minutes. Stay away!! EDIT: Since they replied to this post, just remember: you can’t expect people to follow rules if there are no signs informing them. NEVER, I say NEVER, embarrass your clients in front of others.

I bought an oil lighter for my friend. It was so kind of the staff went out of her way to make sure it was working and replaced it with one that worked properly! She was happy with my souvenir. thank u :)

You will be spoiled with lots of choices for souvenirs! There are cow bell, souvenir magnet, miniatures van and car, bags, shot glasses, pins, lighters and many more. Staff are friendly as well.

I highly appreciate the owner of this store. She helped me by contacting the restaurant owner at the back of their shop where I left my wallet. So many times I called the restaurant even our hotel reception but the restaurant phone is only picked up and put it down. Even the one inside the restaurant don't want to open the door and the lady owner of the souvenir shop knock on the door and was able to talk the one inside and immediately gave my wallet. The one on the restaurant already knew why I'm knocking and calling because with no question asked just gave my wallet back that I left on the dining table. I'm thankful to the souvenir shop owner for her very kind assistance even I didn't asked her in the first place.
