Would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this company in any form. I tried to order specific products but multiple phone calls and even an email to the owner Rene Mueller remain unanswered after over a month.
Not recommended. We purchased image licenses for over 400 Swiss francs upfront, but then had delivery problems, even though they weren't actually an item. We were only informed about this upon inquiry. We never received the license. All we got was a message saying we had received it and that we should contact the licensing company directly. We've been trying to obtain this license by email for half a year without success. When we contacted ReAn Handels, we didn't even get a response. I've never experienced anything like this before.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner, received it, but now it's defective. My request has been ignored by customer service, and I haven't received a response in over a month.
I wouldn't recommend them again. Ordering a defective Xbox is understandable. But then having to solve the problem myself with the words, "Well, it has a warranty, I have to send it in myself and take care of it," is just outrageous, especially since I have a right to a new console! Their unfriendly approach of saying, "Send me the box, and I'll take care of it if you can't," isn't exactly customer-friendly. I just want a new box, not a refund. Well, we'll see what happens. P.S. They're still not easily reachable at the number they published.
So far, I've received all my orders very quickly and reliably! I'll update this review if my experience changes. Everything's been great so far, though!
This company is absolutely not recommended! I ordered three items in August and paid immediately. The first two items weren't delivered until October. Now, in December, the last item has finally arrived! In the meantime, I've tried calling at least 20 times, left three messages on their voicemail, sent emails, sent WhatsApp messages, posted a message on their website, and even called WIR Bank! NO RESPONSE!!! NO ANSWER!!! NOTHING AT ALL!! I will definitely never order anything from them again...
