Definitivamente NO recomendaría tratar con esta empresa de ninguna forma. Intenté pedir productos específicos, pero varias llamadas telefónicas e incluso un correo electrónico al propietario, René Mueller, siguen sin respuesta después de más de un mes.
No recomendado. Compramos licencias de imágenes por más de 400 francos suizos por adelantado, pero luego tuvimos problemas con el envío, aunque en realidad no eran un artículo. Sólo se nos informó sobre esto tras preguntar. Nunca recibimos la licencia. Todo lo que recibimos fue un mensaje que decía que lo habíamos recibido y que debíamos comunicarnos directamente con la compañía de licencias. Llevamos medio año intentando obtener esta licencia por correo electrónico sin éxito. Cuando contactamos con ReAn Handels, ni siquiera obtuvimos respuesta. Nunca antes había experimentado algo como esto.
Pedí una aspiradora, la recibí, pero ahora está defectuosa. El servicio de atención al cliente ha ignorado mi solicitud y no he recibido respuesta en más de un mes.
I wouldn't recommend them again. Ordering a defective Xbox is understandable. But then having to solve the problem myself with the words, "Well, it has a warranty, I have to send it in myself and take care of it," is just outrageous, especially since I have a right to a new console! Their unfriendly approach of saying, "Send me the box, and I'll take care of it if you can't," isn't exactly customer-friendly. I just want a new box, not a refund. Well, we'll see what happens. P.S. They're still not easily reachable at the number they published.
So far, I've received all my orders very quickly and reliably! I'll update this review if my experience changes. Everything's been great so far, though!
This company is absolutely not recommended! I ordered three items in August and paid immediately. The first two items weren't delivered until October. Now, in December, the last item has finally arrived! In the meantime, I've tried calling at least 20 times, left three messages on their voicemail, sent emails, sent WhatsApp messages, posted a message on their website, and even called WIR Bank! NO RESPONSE!!! NO ANSWER!!! NOTHING AT ALL!! I will definitely never order anything from them again...
