The spam email harassment continues! Despite repeated requests to remove our email addresses from the mailing list, we are still being harassed. Unprofessional and disreputable behavior!
Product ordered. Money transferred. Item still not delivered after a month and haven't received a refund to this day. I've already written three times. Arrogant replies. After being informed that the product would be delivered late, I was then informed that the product was not available at all. At your request, I immediately sent you my bank details again. And now the refund isn't working because you don't have my bank details? Can't you simply refund the amount to the sender? Either way, I have sent you my bank details again and hope for a prompt refund. Of course, I will then also delete my Google review. The company failed to deliver the ordered goods on time, and I didn't receive them. I doubt their claim that they shipped it and DHL lost it, especially considering it was a 16kg battery. I would never order from them again!
Unfortunately, a lot of things went wrong, and that's why I can't recommend this company. First, I received an invoice for CHF 423.60 instead of CHF 84.35. Unfortunately, 2 of the 10 wipes in the delivery were defective. I reported this with a photo and requested a replacement... The response: "The pictures suggest that you opened the package with a sharp object, and the two top wipes were damaged. We would be happy to include two wipes with your next order!" Unfortunately, I can't accept this, and hence the poor review. This company's approach is anything but professional. Image: I'm wondering how I could cut through two wipes with such a nice cut using a sharp object!
I ordered CWS toilet paper, but received a neutral package of toilet paper. It wasn't CWS; it was smaller rolls, with a different imprint and cheap, neutral packaging. After I submitted a written complaint, I received a call from the company. The caller (an anonymous person) claimed they were innocent, saying they had bought it as CWS paper (probably from CWS > ChinaWasteService!) and simply resold it. I returned the goods and got my money back (after I sent a reminder), except for my postage! The customer service is very unfriendly and uncooperative! I will certainly never buy anything from them again!!!!!!
