Not very professional and lack of customer service. I received wrong items in the package, and even after acknowledging the mistake no refund or return was provided by Greenbasket. They stopped responding to emails on the follow-up. No intentions to own up the mistake and correct it.

Ordered packaged sweets, some of them were spoilt; vendor acknowledged their whole batch was spoilt but never reimbursed as promised nor replaced. No big deal in life but certainly wasted my time.

I am really happy with the service provided! There was a minor issue when the courier left the package outside while we were at work, despite our request not to deliver during the day. Unfortunately, the frozen food thawed. However, when I contacted customer care, they immediately apologized and replaced the frozen goods. Very friendly and great service!

I have been a regular customer on your site ordering since covid times. Everytime I place the order I have got it the very next day no matter what the weather. Care is always taken in the way the packaging is done by wrapping the veggies, keeping heavy stuff down and frozen items separate. I was always informed if a particular item is out of stock and would take time to procure. An alternative was suggested almost all the time. Please keep up the great work.

Item is never delivered on the promised day. This time the package was left outside the building, on the road, a day earlier. Fresh vegetables were packed at the bottom of the box with heavier groceries on top resulting in completely crushed vegetables. Partial items delivered. One of the items was open and had spilled in the box.
