Non molto professionale e mancanza di servizio clienti. Ho ricevuto articoli errati nel pacco e, anche dopo aver riconosciuto l'errore, Greenbasket non ha fornito alcun rimborso o reso. Hanno smesso di rispondere alle e-mail al follow-up. Nessuna intenzione di ammettere l'errore e correggerlo.

Ho ordinato dolci confezionati, alcuni erano rovinati; il venditore ha riconosciuto che l'intero lotto era rovinato ma non è mai stato rimborsato come promesso né sostituito. Non è un grosso problema nella vita, ma sicuramente mi ha fatto perdere tempo.

Sono davvero soddisfatto del servizio fornito! Si è verificato un piccolo problema quando il corriere ha lasciato il pacco fuori mentre eravamo al lavoro, nonostante la nostra richiesta di non consegnare in giornata. Purtroppo il cibo congelato si è scongelato. Tuttavia, quando ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, si sono immediatamente scusati e hanno sostituito i prodotti congelati. Molto cordiale e ottimo servizio!

I have been a regular customer on your site ordering since covid times. Everytime I place the order I have got it the very next day no matter what the weather. Care is always taken in the way the packaging is done by wrapping the veggies, keeping heavy stuff down and frozen items separate. I was always informed if a particular item is out of stock and would take time to procure. An alternative was suggested almost all the time. Please keep up the great work.

Item is never delivered on the promised day. This time the package was left outside the building, on the road, a day earlier. Fresh vegetables were packed at the bottom of the box with heavier groceries on top resulting in completely crushed vegetables. Partial items delivered. One of the items was open and had spilled in the box.
