Pas très professionnel et manque de service client. J'ai reçu de mauvais articles dans le colis et même après avoir reconnu l'erreur, aucun remboursement ni retour n'a été fourni par Greenbasket. Ils ont arrêté de répondre aux e-mails lors du suivi. Aucune intention de reconnaître l’erreur et de la corriger.

Des bonbons emballés commandés, certains d'entre eux étaient gâtés ; Le vendeur a reconnu que tout son lot avait été gâté mais n'a jamais été remboursé comme promis ni remplacé. Ce n’est pas grave dans la vie mais cela m’a certainement fait perdre du temps.

Je suis vraiment content du service fourni! Il y a eu un problème mineur lorsque le coursier a laissé le colis dehors alors que nous étions au travail, malgré notre demande de ne pas livrer pendant la journée. Malheureusement, les aliments surgelés ont décongelé. Cependant, lorsque j'ai contacté le service client, ils se sont immédiatement excusés et ont remplacé les produits surgelés. Très sympathique et excellent service!

I have been a regular customer on your site ordering since covid times. Everytime I place the order I have got it the very next day no matter what the weather. Care is always taken in the way the packaging is done by wrapping the veggies, keeping heavy stuff down and frozen items separate. I was always informed if a particular item is out of stock and would take time to procure. An alternative was suggested almost all the time. Please keep up the great work.

Item is never delivered on the promised day. This time the package was left outside the building, on the road, a day earlier. Fresh vegetables were packed at the bottom of the box with heavier groceries on top resulting in completely crushed vegetables. Partial items delivered. One of the items was open and had spilled in the box.
