I placed an order over three weeks ago. There was no response to my question about the order, nor to my grace period for shipping, which, according to the terms and conditions, takes 2-14 business days (Mon-Fri!). I'm now trying to get my money back via PayPal Buyer Protection. Absolutely not recommended!
I actually wanted to order some plants here. I took my time to choose suitable plants from their rather extensive selection. When I went to place the order, I saw: delivery costs €14. Yeah, right... for a few plants. I already know the explanation: packaging, etc., but it can be done cheaper. Sorry, no "rose" for me today.
I wanted to order aquatic plants for 400 Swiss francs. But I cancelled everything and ordered from Aquasabi instead. Reason 1: The plants are overpriced. Reason 2: If you're already ordering for 400 francs, you could at least waive the shipping costs. Aquasabi even gave me free shipping to Switzerland for that price. Reason 3: There's no quantity discount except if you choose the suggested plants. Reason 4: There isn't a single type of plant that you can get at every Qualipet or similar store. For an online shop, you need to offer more. It's a shame I live in Switzerland; the Germans are way ahead in all these areas, including service. I can't comment on the quality of the plants, but I've heard they're excellent.
Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars at the moment. I ordered two Phyto-Mix products on April 24th. They haven't been delivered yet. My email inquiry about when the order would be delivered has also gone unanswered.
Not customer-friendly. Plants arrived withered. Overpriced. And I was promised a refund, but two weeks later I still haven't received it. Their excuse... I should remove the review... that's unacceptable! We will NEVER order from them again.
I ordered a hardy aquatic plant (Elodea canadensis) – but it died after the winter.... Röding Seesaiblinge offers neither a replacement nor a credit!
