A very friendly shop with authentic Italian pasta, the kind you can't find anywhere else in Switzerland. I initially overpaid and had to double-check later to make sure it was okay. Luckily, I got the difference back immediately.
The Dolce Farmata shop is simply wonderful! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are always fresh and incredibly delicious – they're made fresh every morning for lunch, and you can really taste it. The selection is fantastic: everything is fresh, reasonably priced, and made with lots of love. The freshly prepared piadina is a particular highlight! A truly lovely change from the big chains – personal, high-quality, and simply delicious. I always enjoy coming back. 👌
Absolute chaos at this post office – a disaster! My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Since no one was home, it was supposedly taken to this branch. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no package. They repeatedly claimed the post office hadn't delivered anything. Only after I contacted the sender did they take care of it and re-arrange the delivery. The postman was asked directly where the package was – his clear answer: He had properly delivered it to the branch that morning. Back at the branch, the next drama unfolded: An elderly gentleman, who barely spoke German, again claimed there was no package. Only after I made it unequivocally clear that I would now contact the police to reclaim my property, did they suddenly call his wife. She told him to check again properly – and lo and behold: The package was there after all! Apparently, the package wasn't scanned at all and wasn't correctly entered into the system. Instead, customers are simply told there's nothing there or that the post office hadn't delivered it. This is simply unacceptable. How many packages are mistakenly returned here, even though they're ready for pickup? How often are customers blamed on the postal service when the branch itself is making mistakes? I strongly advise against using this branch. Organization, communication, and professionalism are sadly lacking. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. February 21, 2026 Unbelievable – not even an apology! Even more disappointing than the original incident is the branch's response to my review. Instead of at least apologizing for the inconvenience, their reply merely attempts to hypocritically excuse themselves and deflect responsibility. The claim that I didn't sign for the package is particularly irritating. That's simply false. I properly presented my ID to accept the package. The identification process was carried out – as required. Furthermore, there is a particularly serious issue: The shipment contained life-saving medication, the delivery of which was significantly delayed due to the branch's negligence. This is not just any package, but a shipment of medical importance. Such negligence is utterly irresponsible. The fact that, after this incident, they don't even have the decency to apologize, but instead attempt to indirectly discredit the customer, speaks volumes. This is not what professionalism, responsibility, and customer service look like. This behavior confirms the impression that criticism is not taken seriously here.
What can I say? Enjoy Italian delicacies. You have to go to Dolce Fermata, with typical Italian products, cured meats, fresh sausages, fresh cheeses, burrata, and more. The owners are wonderful and incredibly kind.
5 stars!! A piece of Italy in Switzerland! A large and fantastic selection of fresh food, and the cornetti are simply divine! I'll definitely be back! Top-notch service, super friendly and welcoming!
The restaurant is in a great location right next to the train station. The fresh sandwiches are excellent! The shop has lots of delicious treats, which are especially great as gifts.
