Thanks to her extensive expertise, sensitivity, and great patience, Ms. Uschi Utz guided me to the best possible product. Before our phone calls, I wasn't familiar with the sound-absorbing fabric (Silencio Size 10 Acoustic Wall Covering) and was quite skeptical about the square pattern. We then hung the fabric on the walls of my school friend's restaurant, and it was a perfect fit. Not too busy or busy as I had feared. Paid for express shipping – waited almost 4 weeks! I placed two separate orders and explicitly paid for express shipping on both. Despite this, both orders were combined, packed into a small box, and sent via standard mail. There was no indication of any expedited shipping. 40 square meters of imitation Alcantara in a cardboard box measuring 30x35x50 cm – imagine that! The delivery time was almost four weeks. It arrived practically at the last possible moment before the delay began. For a paid express service, this is simply unacceptable. The goods arrived badly creased, poorly folded, and carelessly packaged. The quality of the material also fell far short of my expectations and doesn't appear high-quality. Ms. Utz responded to my complaint with an unhelpful and unprofessional tone. Instead of clarification or any attempt at compensation, she simply referred me to the terms and conditions. For me, the service, communication, and performance are all unacceptable. My first and definitely last order from this shop.
The challenge was finding decorative fabric for a wedding. Excellent advice, top-notch service from the first contact to the correct delivery—it couldn't have been better! When it comes to fabrics, I'll only buy from here from now on.
