I really don't like writing reviews like this. But unfortunately, I see no other way to express my dissatisfaction. For me personally, CSS was one of the four best health insurance companies in Switzerland. Since my move, things haven't been going well with CSS. The personal consultation I had focused mainly on the advisor and not on me as the customer. My advisor is unreachable by phone, and when I email him for a callback, he stops responding after just one attempt. It's a shame. This isn't what I call customer service. - The response time from the head office doesn't help either. I had to wait a good four weeks for a response to a claim. - A year after we moved, I received a standard letter and a new policy for my daughter (who was one year old at the time), stating that she had informed them of her move. - Now I have to keep my daughter insured with CSS because, according to Article 35a of the Swiss Insurance Contract Act (VVG), she cannot cancel her policy before the three-year term. ``` With health insurance costs for basic and supplemental coverage easily reaching 12,000 Swiss francs per year (for a family of four, children privately insured), I simply expect more in return, especially since I'm not using the benefits covered by the Swiss Federal Law on Health Insurance (KVG) and the Swiss Federal Law on Insurance Contracts (VVG)! I've already cancelled everything and don't want any attempts to win me back. I hope the new insurer will do better; otherwise, I foresee a rapid decline in customer satisfaction with health insurance companies, and we'll be left with nothing but these AI-driven opinions! All the agency's employees are extremely polite and helpful, and the premises are clean, inviting, and bright. We would especially like to commend Mr. Zuccaretti, who handled all our matters in an exemplary manner. We would also like to mention how family-friendly the branch is, with its children's play table; our daughter was able to play wonderfully during our appointments, which made such visits much more pleasant.
