Hotel increíble!! Me he alojado aquí con un grupo de estudiantes durante el verano. La ubicación es inmejorable, con preciosas vistas a los Alpes y una piscina para nadar. Los propietarios son muy serviciales y amables, la comida es deliciosa y las habitaciones están impecables. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

La gente fue muy amable y acogedora con mi grupo. La comida para la cena estuvo absolutamente deliciosa. Vistas increíbles, ubicación increíble y el lago era súper refrescante para nadar. Las camas son súper cómodas. Me encantó tanto este lugar que definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Debo decir que esta fue, con diferencia, la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido. Desde el momento en que llegué, los problemas empezaron a acumularse. El personal de recepción fue increíblemente poco profesional y parecía completamente desinteresado en ayudar a los huéspedes. Me recibieron con una mirada fría y un "check-in" apenas audible sin siquiera que me pidieran mi identificación o los detalles de la reserva; me sentí más como un inconveniente que como una bienvenida. Cuando finalmente obtuve la llave de mi habitación, me llevaron por un pasillo con poca luz, lo que me dio un mal presentimiento desde el principio. Al entrar a la habitación, inmediatamente noté un olor a humedad que impregnaba el aire. La alfombra estaba manchada en varios lugares y había manchas visibles de moho en el techo del baño. Las sábanas de la cama parecían no haber sido cambiadas en días, con algunas manchas sospechosas que me hicieron cuestionar la limpieza de toda la habitación. Para colmo, había un desagradable zumbido proveniente del aire acondicionado que me mantuvo despierto toda la noche, y no importa cuánto intenté ajustarlo, la temperatura seguía siendo demasiado alta o demasiado fría. El baño no era mejor: no había agua caliente en la ducha y las toallas eran finas y ásperas, casi como papel de lija. Intenté llamar a la recepción varias veces para pedir ayuda, pero cada vez me encontré con una señal de ocupado o sin respuesta alguna. El Wi-Fi, que se anunciaba como de alta velocidad, era tan lento que prácticamente no se podía utilizar, lo que hacía imposible realizar cualquier trabajo. También noté varias manchas de larga duración en el ascensor, que no se había limpiado en semanas, si es que alguna vez se había limpiado. Como si todo eso no fuera suficiente, cuando intenté hacer el check out, el mismo miembro grosero del personal que me había registrado me cobró una “tarifa de limpieza” adicional por una habitación que, francamente, ni siquiera cumplía con los estándares mínimos de higiene. En general, este hotel fue un completo desastre y no se lo recomendaría a nadie, ni siquiera como último recurso. Me habría ido temprano si no hubiera pagado ya por adelantado, pero no podía imaginar otra noche en ese espantoso lugar. Hazte un favor y quédate en otro lugar. Esto no sólo fue decepcionante sino también inaceptable.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because this stay was a disaster from the moment we arrived. I had booked this hotel based on the photos and decent location, but don’t be fooled—the pictures are either incredibly outdated or intentionally misleading. When we checked in, the front desk staff barely acknowledged us. There was no greeting, no smile—just a rushed check-in process that made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by simply showing up. It set the tone for the entire stay. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and any time we tried to ask a question or needed assistance, the staff acted annoyed or just flat-out ignored us. Once we got to the room, things went from bad to worse. The carpet was stained in multiple places, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in years, and there was a strong musty smell that hit us the moment we opened the door. We tried to open the window to air it out, only to find that it was either jammed shut or sealed permanently. The air conditioning barely worked, and when it did, it made a loud clunking noise every ten minutes, making it impossible to sleep. The bed linens were questionable at best. One of the pillowcases had what looked like a makeup stain on it, and there were small hairs on the supposedly “clean” sheets. The mattress felt like sleeping on a worn-out trampoline—uneven, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We asked housekeeping to change the sheets the next morning, but they never came. When we asked the front desk again later that day, they promised someone would be up “shortly.” Nobody ever showed. The bathroom was another nightmare. Mold in the corners of the shower, weak water pressure, and the towels were thin, grayish, and smelled like chlorine. The toilet would randomly run every few minutes, and there were mysterious brownish marks on the tile grout that made me seriously question their cleaning standards. The hotel also advertised complimentary toiletries, but all we got was a nearly empty shampoo bottle and a bar of soap that looked like it had been reused. Noise was another huge issue. We could hear everything—people talking in the hallway, doors slamming at all hours, and even someone snoring in the room next to ours. The walls are paper-thin. If you're hoping for a restful night, forget it. We barely slept. The so-called “amenities” were laughable. The gym was a tiny, windowless room with one broken treadmill and some outdated weights. The pool was closed “for maintenance” (which I now see mentioned in other reviews, so clearly it’s been “under maintenance” for a long time). The included breakfast was basically toast, instant coffee, and a few sad-looking apples. We ended up going elsewhere to eat every morning. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. I would have left and stayed somewhere else if I hadn’t prepaid. It’s honestly shocking how poorly maintained and unprofessional this place is, especially for the price. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else. This was a waste of time, money, and patience.

My experience here was amazing! The Owners are very nice and attentive, and the location makes this hotel amazing. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Will most definitely be coming back!
