Fui allí hoy para tomarme fotografías de pasaporte y estoy muy satisfecho con todo el proceso. El servicio fue consistentemente profesional, eficiente y amigable. Las fotografías se tomaron rápidamente, recibí orientación de expertos y me ubicaron de manera óptima, lo cual es especialmente importante en las fotografías de pasaporte para autoridades extranjeras. Las fotografías se imprimieron y estuvieron listas para usar inmediatamente después. En general, un servicio muy impresionante. Con mucho gusto regresaré y consideraré el estudio para futuros proyectos fotográficos. ¡Sigan con el buen trabajo!

Lamentablemente tuve una muy mala experiencia. Mi colega y yo queríamos que nos tomaran fotos y nos trataron irrespetuosamente tan pronto como entramos. El fotógrafo nos dijo que él dictaría lo que hiciéramos, a pesar de que estábamos pagando por el servicio. Primero, dijo que el precio era 36 CHF, luego de repente exigió 32 CHF por persona e incluso nos dijo que no le dijéramos a nadie que solo habíamos pagado 32 CHF: muy poco profesional. Las fotografías que recibimos más tarde eran extremadamente poco profesionales y podrían haberse tomado con la misma facilidad en casa. Cuando lo llamé por eso, me colgó varias veces. Sólo cuando finalmente respondió volvió a ser irrespetuoso. Al final, nos dijo que volviéramos y recogiéramos el dinero, lo que, para mí, fue una señal de que sabía que el servicio era terrible. En general, la experiencia fue grosera, poco profesional y decepcionante. ¡No puedo recomendar en absoluto a este fotógrafo!

Ayer mi hijo tomó una foto para su licencia de bicicleta. Pidió otra foto porque la primera no era tan buena. Le dijeron que podía irse. Creo que si alguien paga dinero, debería disfrutarlo y los visitantes jóvenes deberían ser tratados con respeto. Si no puedes tomar fotos y eres grosero, ¡no aceptes mi trabajo! ¡Puedes ser excusado del trabajo!

I needed a collage printed in 10x15cm. I told the man my home printer wasn't producing satisfactory prints, and a few weeks ago I'd had the same problem. A nearby shop used photo paper with a finer grain, and it worked perfectly. This suggestion was ignored. He looked at his computer, and I gave him my USB stick. I told him the Word file was on the stick. He implied that putting photos in Word was a crazy idea. I told him that way the collage would be the correct size. After a brief discussion, he told me he needed my address. I asked, in a neutral tone and with a smile, why he needed my address to print a photo. He was quite taken aback. He looked at me, as if a servant dared to speak to his master without permission. No explanation was given. He told me it would take 24 hours and cost about 8 francs. 5 francs for taking down my address. "Why is it taking so long?" After this question, he looked around, bewildered, between me and the air. He laughed loudly. After a brief reprimand that it wasn't my place to ask such questions, he replied, "Because that's just how it is." "Aha." At the stationery shop in Reiden, the whole thing took 5 minutes, about 2 test prints, 1.30 CHF, and I was sent off with a smile. Here, you get an unfriendly response if you ask questions, and before I was even about to give him 5 francs for his kind address-taking, he said goodbye and turned his back on me. Of course, 8 francs isn't the business of a lifetime, I understand that. But customer service is a fundamental principle, and if you don't follow it, you have to expect bad reviews. Not recommended. Terrible and shameful!!! To print a text sent by email, which he then had to copy and paste (because my email address wasn't there), cost me 9.30 francs. Truly shameful!
