¡Comida inferior de la peor calidad! Problemas estomacales constantes. Los problemas estomacales desaparecieron después de cambiar a alimentos de alta calidad.
Los productos alimenticios, especialmente los dietéticos para gatos, son excelentes. Por lo general, también son bien aceptados por los gatos. Pero nunca intentes contactar con Royal Canin a través de su formulario de contacto o correo electrónico. No oirás absolutamente nada y menos aún. Es una verdadera lástima su pésimo servicio al cliente, que es tan importante, sobre todo porque en última instancia se trata del bienestar de los animales.
Very friendly and competent advice from the hotline. I received detailed advice about the Exigent Royal Canin line for dogs. My Havanese, who is very picky, finally loves a food, and I was explained everything about the ingredients in these products. I hadn't received such good advice from specialist stores, and was rather against these types of food. That's why I called and got advice directly from Royal Canin Switzerland. The ordering system has been inactive since June 9th. Customers weren't informed. Only when we called were we told that nothing would be possible before June 22nd. We tried to cancel the order, but that didn't work either...
It doesn't live up to its promises at all. We bought Royal Kitten food. The food we received doesn't even remotely resemble the picture. We complained and they said they would look into it.
