En la última década, poco a poco he ido transfiriendo la mayoría de mis herramientas a PB Swiss. Entre ellos estaba una herramienta para bicicletas con articulación suiza Victorinox/PB a la que, después de años de abuso, logré romperle una palanca de plástico al cambiar una llanta. No pude encontrar la pieza de repuesto a la venta, así que escribí a PBS y, efectivamente, después de un rápido intercambio de correos electrónicos, me enviaron la pieza rota sin cargo. Felicitaciones por el servicio perfecto, es bueno saber que todavía hay empresas que prestan tanta atención al servicio al cliente.
El mejor fabricante de herramientas del mundo. ¡Productos de gran calidad pero también coloridos! Puede encontrar fácilmente más que solo herramientas negras.

Since I was looking for a specialty screwdriver and other suppliers no longer offer it, or at least not in the right size, I ended up with PB Swiss Tools. Admittedly, the price of €9.90 for a small package seemed rather steep to me as a shipping price, but since each retailer can determine their own shipping costs, it's at least legally acceptable. At least they stated that the product was in stock and would arrive in 1-2 days. But I thought, you're happy to pay a little more for fast shipping. Surely, it's only a small price for most people in the end, but if I have such high shipping costs and advertise on my website that the product will arrive in 1-2 days and the package "only" comes from Nuremberg and not Switzerland, then I have every right to be dissatisfied if it takes five days to arrive. Additionally, there's no shipping notification or tracking, so you're left in the dark as to when the package will arrive. Of course, there's still the option of contacting customer service... but I didn't get a response there either. Conclusion: Even if the screwdrivers are worth their rather high price, I'll only order from here if it's absolutely necessary.
