Malheureusement, ce genre de service est rare de nos jours. Même si mon appareil était irréparable, Isonatec a pris la peine d'effectuer l'analyse et de correspondre avec moi. Et tout cela était gratuit. Merci beaucoup pour ce service. Je serai heureux de revenir – mais la prochaine fois, je paierai l'addition.

Génial, mon caisson de basse fonctionne à nouveau. Réparé en un temps record, j'ai pu le récupérer dès le lendemain. Le prix fixe facilite également les choses, donc il n'y a pas de surprises. Je recommanderai certainement isonatec à d'autres collègues SONOS. Merci beaucoup :-)

Après avoir subi un dégât des eaux, ma Sub Mini a été affectée. J'ai dû démonter l'appareil mais je n'étais pas sûr de la bonne procédure. Dans cette situation, j'ai contacté le service client d'isonatec et j'ai rapidement reçu un conseil utile qui m'a montré la bonne voie. Je tiens à les remercier sincèrement pour leur soutien. Heureusement, il s’est avéré que les dégâts étaient minimes et que seule une petite quantité d’eau était impliquée.

At a boozy party, my SonoS Play 1 and its Flexson stand fell to the floor. After the drop, I noticed that the bass wasn't working optimally anymore; it was just making a rustling noise... Afterward, I started looking for a repair. My search was successful and I came across the company ISONATEC. I submitted a repair request via email, which I received a response within a day. Mr. Peter was able to explain the damage/defect to me; the bass/midrange driver was defective, and this damage could be repaired. Mr. Peter gave me a repair quote, and I then mailed it to Tübach. The repair took less than a week, including shipping. My SonoS Play 1 is working again and is ready for the next party ;-) Thank you very much, great work.
