Fantastico, il mio subwoofer funziona di nuovo. Riparato in tempi record, ho potuto ritirarlo il giorno successivo. Inoltre il prezzo fisso facilita il tutto, quindi non ci sono sorprese. Consiglierò sicuramente isonatec ad altri colleghi SONOS. Grazie mille :-)

Dopo aver subito danni causati dall'acqua, il mio Sub Mini è stato interessato. Ho dovuto affrontare la sfida di smontare il dispositivo ma non ero sicuro della procedura corretta. In questa situazione, ho contattato il servizio clienti isonatec e ho subito ricevuto un suggerimento utile che mi ha indicato la strada giusta. Vorrei ringraziarli sinceramente per il loro supporto. Fortunatamente, si è scoperto che il danno era minimo e si trattava solo di una piccola quantità di acqua.

My subwoofer unfortunately broke down after only 3 years. I was able to drop it off spontaneously, and by evening it was working again! 😁 I can highly recommend Isonatec to anyone who doesn't want to waste money. Thank you so much for the excellent and very friendly service.

I got my Playbar repaired by isonatec in no time at all, and for a fair fixed price. Isonatec is a modern, sustainable alternative to the ridiculously overpriced Sonos support, which only offers used replacements for defective devices. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much!

At a boozy party, my SonoS Play 1 and its Flexson stand fell to the floor. After the drop, I noticed that the bass wasn't working optimally anymore; it was just making a rustling noise... Afterward, I started looking for a repair. My search was successful and I came across the company ISONATEC. I submitted a repair request via email, which I received a response within a day. Mr. Peter was able to explain the damage/defect to me; the bass/midrange driver was defective, and this damage could be repaired. Mr. Peter gave me a repair quote, and I then mailed it to Tübach. The repair took less than a week, including shipping. My SonoS Play 1 is working again and is ready for the next party ;-) Thank you very much, great work.
