Il personale qui non era affatto cordiale. Dal momento in cui siamo entrati, ci hanno seguito per il negozio, facendoci sentire a disagio, quasi come se pensassero che stessimo per rubare qualcosa. Invece di lasciarci navigare, continuavano a chiederci cosa volevamo in un modo che non sembrava accogliente. Alla fine ce ne siamo andati perché l'intera esperienza sembrava tesa e soffocante. Lo shopping dovrebbe essere rilassato, ma questo posto era l'opposto. Sicuramente non è stata un'esperienza piacevole.

Ieri sono entrata nel negozio per cercare dei pantaloni da sci per mio figlio. La prima impressione è stata che fossi entrato nel salotto di qualcuno, dato che c'erano più persone che stavano organizzando una sorta di ritrovo. Ho detto che volevo guardarmi intorno e hanno cominciato a ridere e a spacciarsi per me, tutto in tedesco come se non capissi. Non avevo letto le recensioni prima e sono stato "accolto" con lo stesso atteggiamento che tutti descrivono in altre recensioni: una signora che ci seguiva come se fossimo dei criminali che cercavano di rubare dal suo negozio. Ha bloccato l'accesso ad alcune parti del negozio e mentre stavo cercando la via d'uscita un'altra signora si è fermata per assicurarsi che non tornassi. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata quando mi ha chiesto se vengo dall'Ucraina, dopo aver sentito me e mio figlio parlare nella nostra lingua madre. È un peccato che questo posto sia così ben posizionato a Kandersteg, non sono sicuro di come sopravvivano e di chi stanno servendo.

Abbiamo incontrato una donna estremamente scortese alla cassa quando siamo entrati nel negozio, ci ha chiesto "Posso aiutarvi?" in modo scortese e scortese, abbiamo detto che volevamo solo dare un'occhiata in giro in cui lei affermava che tutto può essere visto nella vetrina del negozio. Ci siamo subito voltati e siamo partiti. Non capisco come funzioni questo negozio con quell'orribile servizio clienti poco invitante che non consente ai clienti nemmeno di dare un'occhiata agli articoli: non sono uno che lascia recensioni, anche se è scioccante che abbiamo sperimentato la stessa cosa di altri 5 anni fa dopo aver letto le altre recensioni!

My review isn’t just about your business for which previous ones already say enough. My review is on a personal and human level. After two of you ladies working at the shop witnessed a physical aggression on the street just in front of you the person being hit walked to your shop to ask for your help and you didn’t even look him in the eyes and refused to even speak or assist him when he asked for help. Maybe if you ever read this you will have a little think about your behaviour and lack of compassion and humanity towards another human being. Hopefully you don’t have to go through a situation like that when you are in a country that’s not yours and people refuse to speak to you or even look at you… Your lack of kindness is simply shocking…

Do not walk into this store! The owner is so rude and treated us like common criminals. There was a sign on a vest that said “ Please do not touch” …. How do you expect people to purchase clothing in your store and they aren’t allowed to touch or try it on? As we walked around, she would walk behind us and fix any hangers from clothing that we had looked at and followed us the entire time. She NEVER took her eyes off of us. I would never spend $$ in her store! Horrible experience ! She doesn’t deserve any stars!!
