Bächibeizli (ehem. Bächistübli) — Bösbächi 3, 8775 Luchsingen, Switzerland

Ristorante assolutamente delizioso lungo l'escursione all'Oberblegisee da Braunwald. Avevamo la bistecca speciale che veniva fornita con una deliziosa insalata di contorno e insalata di pasta. Cibo SUPER rinfrescante lungo un'escursione piuttosto dura. Non puoi battere le viste qui dato che è nel bel mezzo di un'escursione. Il nostro cameriere era molto gentile e si è preso il tempo di spiegarci il cibo e di riportarci al ristorante per mostrarci i suoi dessert! Ovviamente dovevo prendere il gigantesco brownie fatto con latte fresco e cioccolato del vicino Alpe. La maggior parte dei loro ingredienti provengono dalle Alpi situate proprio ai piedi della collina, il che è fantastico: il cibo è il più fresco possibile. Lo abbiamo classificato tra i nostri 3 migliori ristoranti svizzeri che abbiamo provato durante il nostro viaggio. Vale sicuramente la pena fermarsi durante la vostra escursione. Non te ne pentirai!

Questo meraviglioso ristorantino all'interno di un'accogliente baita si trova sul sentiero di un famoso percorso escursionistico vicino al lago Oberblegi e vanta una terrazza soleggiata con vista mozzafiato. I gentili padroni di casa accolgono ogni ospite con calore e un servizio professionale inaspettato in una località così remota. Il cibo è molto locale, con carne e formaggio provenienti dalle aziende vicine. Trovo che ci sia molta cura nella preparazione di alcune ricette, come le deliziose zuppe: lo stufato di patate non solo conteneva un raffinato assortimento di verdure di stagione, ma includeva arance fresche e una gustosa salsiccia. Tornerò!

Ottimo posto per riposarsi, mangiare del cibo locale e bere una birra. Quando cammini tra Braunwald e Oberblegilake è in una posizione perfetta. I proprietari sono molto gentili e i prezzi sono assolutamente onesti.

Nearby the lovely Oberblegisee, this charming »Bergbeiz« offers a wonderful view over the Bächital while you are sitting sourrounded by easy going cows and goats. Master Cheesemaker Albrecht Rhyner-Wüthrich and his sweet wife Lydia took over the management last year, besides organizing the Alp below. They offer an excellently rated homemade Alpkäse and own meat specialties among the usual Alp treats like Gerstensuppe, Sausages and a fantastic Raclette. Besides they have some of the best beers from Glarus and AppenzelI I ever had in Switzerland (I am German, so this is a huge compliment). For a nights stay there is room in the Alphütte 5 mins. down at the Alp (bring a sleeping bag) or for a more romantic approach you can book a cosy mini-chalet for two up on the hill. Nearby Zürich, this place is definetly worth a ride and/or walk, especially since they have a now newly opened Seilbahn going up there from Luchsingen. My review is certainly biased as I worked there last summer and will this one. But as someone that always wanted to live by the sea and never touched butter, you can take it serious if I say that I fell in love with this people, the milk products and the beef and with the slightly bizarre landscape. Check the weather forecast though, it has a very specific microclimate there and surprises with snow in mid august.
