I'm always greeted very warmly by the team, and I immediately feel at home. What's also striking is the cleanliness throughout the garage, and the work is carried out in a similar manner. I was also always given excellent advice when changing my tires, and I was told how long the tread life would last. The prices are very fair, and I can recommend Garage Ming without hesitation. Subject: Complaint about inadequate repair services and empty promises. Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are well. I would like to describe my disappointing experience with your workshop, Ming in Alpnach, as I find the quality of the work and the services provided extremely unsatisfactory. In January, I contacted you by phone and explained the necessary repairs to my BMW. I was assured that you could replace the air filter, cylinder head cover, and brake fluid. Inspired by this positive conversation and your assurance that your workshop can service all makes and models, I brought my car to you for the agreed appointment. The following evening, I went to pick up my vehicle. First, I was presented with the replaced air filter, along with the old one, and I conveniently made the payment via Twint. To my dismay, however, I was informed that the brakes could not be bled. During the repair, an attempt was made to bleed the front left brake system using heat. A month later, I learned from BMW that such practices are not only impermissible but also dangerous. In fact, when I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that there was air in the brakes, which caused me a headache while driving on the highway and led to a dangerous moment. I was also informed that the cylinder head cover could not be replaced, despite a prior agreement. I find it incomprehensible why I was informed of everything beforehand and now this cannot be implemented. The feeling that I was given empty promises was frustrating, and I ultimately paid 900 francs for your services, which in no way met the quality I expected. Given that I also gave a 50-franc tip because, up until that point, I expected a first-class workshop, my disappointment is even greater. I feel compelled to take legal action, as I absolutely do not want to do business with your workshop again after this experience. Sincerely,
