Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership was very disappointing. The car was sold to us under a written agreement stating that it was in perfect condition and free of any defects. However, shortly after the purchase, it turned out that the seller was fully aware of existing technical problems — including a damaged control arm (Querlenker). The most shocking part is that the seller sent us a video showing this exact defect, which had been recorded about a week before the sale took place. This clearly proves that the issue was known but intentionally not disclosed. Afterwards, we took the vehicle to an official TESLA service center, where several additional defects were discovered. Such misleading and dishonest business behavior is completely unacceptable. We have already submitted a formal written complaint and strongly advise other buyers to be extremely cautious and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

The overall buying process was really simple and effortless. An email was sent requesting five lease quotes, each for two vehicles—ten in total. The unwelcome reply arrived quickly and came from someone with the same last name as the company. Despite pointing out that I was 130 kilometers away, I was asked to come in person to have the lease calculations done. With all due respect, creating lease quotes is standard practice in the automotive industry. This suggests that customer needs are not a top priority and that the customer is not king.
