Very bad and untransparent service. The screen of my laptop was damaged by mistake, with a stripe of dark lines. Thus, I walked in the service point in Dietikon, and showed them the faulty. I fully understood and agreed that this failure was out of warranty, and I should pay for the replacement screen. I also asked the stuff if they had the spare part in stock, since my unit is a DE model, and they told me that even if it was not in stock, they could ship it from elsewhere, but it would take 1~2 weeks, and if the cost was too high, I could reject it. Nothing else. Thus, I left my laptop there and wait for a quote. However, after several days, they emailed me that no spare parts in CH, and I could either let them dispose the laptop, ship it to me unrepaired, or pick it up myself. I picked it up myself at the service point then. The stuff there just gave me the laptop and said sorry that it couldn't be repaired. OK everything was finished there. I just wasted the traffic tickets and the time on sending and picking. Then it came my short holiday, I travelled back to China and bought the same screen, and replaced it myself. My laptop turned perfect again. After 1.5 months of the service from Computacenter, I got a mail from them, asking me for 47.4 CHF. I'm confused, so I emailed them what is this. They replied me that it is and EOL fee. WTX? They ask for additonal fee for a laptop they CANNOT repair, and I was not informed about this fee in advance! I think I just find the easiest way to be rich in CH: Open a service point, and tell the customer that sorry we can't repair your unit after several days, but you have to pay us the basic fee. X U Computacenter!

Got an Asus monitor from Digitec in 2024. Defective. Requested a repair/replacement to Digitec, which means it goes to Computacenter - without choice. The monitor came back with another defect. Sent again for repair. Came back with the same defect. I wonder how much they charge Digitec and Asus for doing nothing.

Brought my laptop because of a rattling fan and expected it to be a warranty case. Received cost estimate of 452 CHF after 3 weeks with an additional unexplainable screen replacement on that estimate. Called them and asked why. They referred me to Medion. Medion referred me back to Computacenter due to data protection. Then I asked why it wouldn't be repaired under warranty. They claimed I damaged it myself and sent photos from the exterior trying to prove their case. They never made photos of the interior, let alone of that faulty fan. What a horrible damage report when you don't even take photos of the faulty part itself... I had enough at that point and asked to have that laptop sent back to me. After one week, asked where my laptop was because it hadn't arrived yet. One day later, I received the shipment tracking number which meant that they forgot to sent my laptop back until I put pressure on them. Now, I have an unrepaired laptop with a bill of 129.25 CHF and strangely, 2 screws are missing... They claimed that they only took photos of the exterior and never opened my laptop. They were obviously lying! Ordered replacement parts now myself at ipc-electronics for 68 CHF. Would have been much cheaper to just forget about the warranty, believe other reviewers and fix the laptop myself. All in all, an unprofessional and dishonest company with no sense whatsoever for costumer service, business relationsips, professionality or competence. They will gladly corner you if that means more money for them. They will not stop from using dishonesty in order to rip their costumers off. Sadly, other reviews show that this is their modus operandi. Save yourself money, time and nerves and AVOID AT ALL COST!

I've sent my AirPods Pro to repair (2 times).. sad to say that in both cases they wrote me back "Try to disconnect and reconnect your AirPods Pro".. as I didn't made it before sending to repair But the highlight? After the second time, when I got back the Airpods I've noted that there were ear-hairs inside the silicon buds.. disgusting and incompetent...

I am highly content with the way the team handled an otherwise truly embarrassing situation for ASUS customer support. I had to spend close to 2 full months without my laptop, since ASUS completely rejected any other form of support over the phone before the laptop had been to and back from the repair 3 times with the same persistent problem, even though it was still under warranty. In the meanwhile, the team at Computacenter led by Jonathan, explained to me what possible solutions we could go for, the kind of hardware changes I could expect and welcomed me genuinely every time I showed up at their office (more than a couple times). All throughout this time, all I could receive from the ASUS Call Center regarding my warranty were vague answers. I would recommend Computacenter for technical solutions, however I doubt I will go for another ASUS product in the future with such horrible customer support. Result: Computer fixed after ~2 months, +4 trips to the repair center and numerous hardware changes.

I brought my latptop here since it is an ASUS center. It took three weeks to repair it. They ordered pieces I didn't need. At the end I asked why it took so long and they replied me in a vague manner. I asked to talk with one of the technicians but "It is forbidden to talk with them". Very bad experience.
